WMC Cardiac Rehab 5K Run/Walk

Weirton Medical Center’s (WMC) Cardiac Rehab Department invites you to join us at the Cardiac Rehab Wellness 5K Run/Walk. WMC’s 5K Run/Walk will benefit heart health and wellness within the community by providing outreach programs.

FAQs

Is there going to be a “Pre-Registration Packet Pick-Up” Day?

Yes, there will be two different dates to pick up pre-registration packets.

(1) When: September 26th, 2019 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Where: Materials Management Office on the 1st floor of WMC Hospital

(2) When: September 27th, 2019 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Where: WMC Cardiac Rehab, 705 Colliers Way, Weirton, WV 26062

*If unable to pick-up prior to the event, pre-registered packets will be available at registration the day of the event.

What time should I arrive on race day?

Registration begins promptly at 8:00 AM
Race time will begin at 9:00 AM

Can I register to run/walk on race day?

On-site registration will be available. Tickets are $30 for adults, and $20 for children (12 and under). Children five years old and under enter for free! First come first serve on all t-shirts and gift bags for those registering on race day.

What are my transportation and parking options for getting to and from the event?

Please take the entrance to the ER where free parking will be located at the rear of the hospital.
