Weirton Medical Center Introduces New Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery Service

Weirton Medical Center has launched a new service with the opening of Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery at Weirton Medical Center. Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon Craig R. Oser, D.O., will lead the practice.

“We’re excited about welcoming Dr. Oser to the Weirton Medical Center. He is a highly skilled surgeon and we are fortunate to have him launch the new service,” said Joseph P. Endrich, M.D., president and chief executive officer of the Weirton Medical Center.

Dr. Endrich noted that Dr. Oser is the only reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon in the Weirton-Steubenville area. Weirton Medical is marketing the new service with television, radio and newspaper ads, as well as billboards and online banners.

Among the services that will be offered are face lifts, arm lifts, nasal surgery, eyelid surgery, breast augmentation, reduction and reconstruction, liposuction, tummy tucks and sclerotherapy. A full list of procedures is available on the practice website at www.weirtonplasticsurgery.com.

Dr. Oser received a degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified in General Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. He completed his fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Henry Ford Bi-County Hospital and was the first D.O. ever to be Chief Resident of Plastic Surgery. Dr Oser is the founder of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at Botsford General Hospital where he served as the Assistant Program Director. Dr. Oser is also a highly regarded instructor at Michigan State University where he held the position of Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery.

The new office is located in the Medical Office Building at Weirton Medical Center. For more information or to schedule a free consultation, call 304-740-5026 or e-mail plasticsurgery@weirtonmedical.com.
