| Position Requirements: |
Associate degree from accredited institution for physical therapy assistants or equivalent. Current licensure in the state of West Virginia. Current CPR certification.
For Home Health Therapists - Eligible for licensure in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Computer skills in order to provide documentation, write reports, and respond to correspondence, as required. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, patient’s families, and the public. Ability to react quickly and effectively in emergency situations. Able to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms. Current certification in CPR. Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and willingness to drive in inclement weather required. Must be able to clear criminal background check.
